Who handles the data

The data controller is STEL S.R.L.S., Via Privata Belgirate 6, 20125 Milan, Italy, VAT no. 14799470969. Kinevo is the name of the studio.

What data

• Browsing data. When you open the site, the server records technical data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser type. This keeps the site running and protects it.
• Data you send us. If you email us, message us on WhatsApp or call us, we use your contact details and your message to reply.

The site has no contact or sign-up forms.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or profiling tools. That is why you see no cookie banner.

Outside services

• Class schedule. It is read from a Google sheet: when you open the site, your browser contacts Google, which receives your IP address.
• Map. The Google map loads only if you click Show the map. From then on Google's rules apply, and Google may also use cookies.
• External links. WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps open on their own services, under their own privacy rules.
• Reviews. The reviews shown come from Google and give the first name with the surname initial.

Why and for how long

Browsing data relies on the legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) and is kept for the hosting provider's technical periods. Messages are used to answer your requests (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and are kept as long as needed to handle them.

Who receives it

The site is hosted by Aruba S.p.A. Google receives the data described above and may process it outside the European Union under its own safeguards. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@kinevo.fit. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
